Здравствуйте! хотели вчера вернуть 3 билета.Кассирша окозалось той ещё хамкой .Фильм шел 10мин.Цена трех билетов составило 840сом .Почему не 10 -15%от суммы билета задерживают а целых 50%?К кому я могу обратиться?
